Identifying the Challenges of Users in Using the Services of Electronic Health Platforms

Introduction: In recent years, especially with the spread of COVID -19 disease, use electronic health services has increased greatly. Along growth and development among users, concern about ethical legal issues increases. The purpose this article was to review current state provision by active platforms in field identify challenges problems users using these achieve desired state. Method: This qualitative study conducted content analysis method. User comments were collected Bazaar Myket mobile applications. Then, purposeful sampling method, 300 selected containing users' difficulties analyzed method based on six steps proposed Graneheim & Lundman MAXQDA software . Results: most important reported e -health fall into two main categories: related care service provider's platform; are classified subcategories, including doctor -patient relationships, standard care, platform quality, user feedback, responsibility, tariff. Among comments, dissatisfaction associated subcategory platform's responsibility accountability (especially issue not receiving despite paying, poor support, no refunds), followed Conclusion: results present can help policymakers appropriate legislation regulation business managers solving identified problems. It also increases satisfaction trust.
